Safety & Standards

The industry has changed.
We built the company around it.

After a run of high-profile refit fires, owners, captains and insurers rightly demand process. Documented safety is not a marketing paragraph here — it is how we run every job.

How every job is run.

Hot work & fire watch

Every job runs a written hot-work permit and a dedicated fire watch during and after any spark-producing operation. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

Enclosure & ventilation

Climate-controlled tenting with monitored air changes. Spray operations happen inside compliant enclosures, not on open docks.

Full marine insurance

Commercial general liability, workers' comp and ship repairer's legal liability — coverage sized for superyacht values, with certificates on file.

Yard compliance

Approved vendor at the primary Fort Lauderdale refit yards, with current safety files and crew certifications available on request.

Documented job files

Daily reports, DFT logs, environmental readings and photo records — assembled into a final delivery file for the vessel.

Trained crew

Every crew member is trained in respirator use, confined-space work, and hazardous materials handling before stepping on a job.

Insurers welcome.
Certificates on request.

Send us the vessel and yard details — we'll return a written scope with the safety documentation your underwriter expects to see.
